Lemon Fresco Gold Drops

These hand painted fresco earrings are made using traditional Italian fresco techniques. In the traditional style of ancient Rome, each fresco is hand painted using mineral pigments into lime plaster, protected by a thin layer of a protective film for everyday wear.

Fresco works by painting mineral pigments into wet lime plaster. As the plaster dries, the mineral pigments absorb into the plaster, forever imbedded into the plaster.

Set into a manufactured settings of plated Stainless Steel, these earrings are a one off design. No two hand painted designs are the same. You are purchasing a one off design.

 *Note: These items are made from my special lime plaster mix. Although a special film has been applied to each fresco, these items are not for wear in water. Plaster and water do not mix. Full care instructions are sent with each piece. Slight imperfections are what makes a fresco unique. Minor cracks in the surface, rough surfaces give a traditional, old world feel to each item.
